What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of PT experience, home health experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
